"The Cyburbs"SFPA Poetry Contest, 2007
The Science Fiction Poetry Association specified sonnets for its contest this year. Since rhyming poetry is right up my alley, I submitted two. One won third prize, and one was liked well enough to also make it into the SFPA chapbook of the top poems. I'm pleased to report that "The Cyburbs" was also nominated for a Rhysling Award!
